Cheng Ming Fung, Jacqueline

CEO
  • She started her career as a public broadcaster and then transformed into a web-savvy entrepreneur who drove the development of internet-broadcasting and e-learning
  • CEO of the government-owned start-up company "Hong Kong Education City"
  • Established the first web broadcasting media site for RTHK in 1994
  • Pioneered new modes of social media to engage alumni and created innovative multi-media e-learning platform to expand online learning opportunities
  • Received Bachelor of Social Sciences from University of Hong Kong in 1982, Master of Fine Arts degrees in Film & TV Production from University of California Los Angeles UCLA in 1991 and Executive MBA degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2004

  • Received Bachelors' Dual Degree in Technology and Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015
  • Worked as a Research and Development intern in a Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), focusing on High-frequency Circuit modeling
  • Received MPhil degree in Electronic Engineering in HKUST focusing on developing biomedical embedded system for Neurotech
  • Developed several in-vitro electrical stimulators which were adopted in the Department of Ophthalmology, University of Hong Kong and the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Jinan University
